She’s obviously wearing a thong covered with movie suds, but … close enough.

It’s a Russian comedy series that ran one season in 2022.

The pitch:

One general came up with a seemingly brilliant idea – to send real convicts on a trip to Russia, and to hire professional actors in their place, so that for a good fee they portrayed happy and contented prisoners during the inspection of the commission – but something like this it often goes wrong.

One of the most beautiful women in the world is naked in a film from one of the world’s greatest directors. (I like all of Tornatore’s movies.)

Tuna did two sets of captures from this film. These are from the Region 2 DVD, which had more nudity than the North American release. He explained the differences in his glowing review.

Surprisingly coy nudity for a Russian series.

The pitch:

“Offline” is a psychological drama about people living a double life. In their first public life, they are beautiful, bright and successful. They have families, loved ones, prestigious jobs and an impeccable reputation. But all these are just masks of those who have earned millions from drug trafficking on the web. They know that if the truth becomes known to the world, they will lose everything. And they are ready for anything so that no one will ever see their real face. But there is a man who knows their secret and who intends to make their life hell.

The pitch:

Máxima Zorreguieta finds herself in the spotlight when she appears at the Dutch crown prince’s side, but by the moment Willem-Alexander asks her to marry him, the past catches up with her.

Hard pass.

Rachel Weisz is another woman in the coveted “Hurley group” – those who look better at 50 than they did at 20.

Catchy title, although it could be a little longer.
