American Lindsey Vonn became the oldest skiing downhill World Cup winner at St Moritz in Switzerland on Friday (December 12th). The 41-year-old retired from the sport in February 2019 because of knee problems but made her competitive return in December 2024. Vonn has collected one gold and two bronze Olympic medals in her career to date and is on track to represent the USA at the 2026 Games in February.
There must be some mistake. She’s in the WNBA – and she’s with a man!
In the WNBA, about a third of the players are publicly out as lesbians. But according to Candice Wiggins, 98% of the players are lesbians and she was one of the only straight ones.
There are about 150 women in the WNBA, so if we believe Candice, about three are hetero.

If I understand the article correctly, she wasn’t wearing this outfit as a model in the show, but was just attending. If so, those are some wild street clothes.
You can’t see her nipples because of some pasties, but most of her breasts are exposed. Unless my eyes deceive me, her breasts are very different sizes, ala Joan Collins. I don’t think it’s an illusion created by the angle of the one picture below. All of the other pics seem to corroborate this.

I passed up a chance to see Plitvice Lakes National Park when I was in Croatia in 2023. When I look at this gallery, I’m sorry I missed it.
There is a lot of material, but I have only heard of a couple of the women in this group. Others are totally obscure.
Sydney and the film crew had obtained permits to film the Hollywood sign but they did not have permission to touch or climb the sign itself. They are now facing possible charges of criminal trespass and/or vandalism.

I know that cheetahs are shy, generally non-aggressive animals when they are well fed, so it’s not like doing a photoshoot with a hungry jaguar, but I still wouldn’t show one my neck the way she is doing in the photo above. I don’t want to work with any animal that can move ten times faster than me. Frankly, I don’t want to work with any animal faster than a slug, possibly excepting a golden retriever.
Oh, not! Did I miss the Feroz awards? There goes my whole year!
(Kidding aside, I suppose the Feroz awards are sort of a harbinger of the Goyas. Like the Golden Globes, they include TV awards, although that is a recent addition. Anyway, the big winner was Sundays, a film I am not familiar with, which just reflects my ignorance because the damned thing is nominated for 13 Goyas.)
