These images are nearly as old as the visual internet itself, but these have been colorized and cleaned up significantly. I don’t know how. Probably a combination of Photoshop and AI.

Alyssa said in an interview:

“I posed nude for a coffee-table book about celebrities and their tattoos, and the money was going to go to pediatric AIDS. But the book never came out and the photographer sold the pictures to Bikini (magazine) without telling me. I could do nothing because the photographer owned the rights to the pictures.”

I have never been able to track down the name of that photographer to find his version of the story.

(Note that there are no tattoos in these images. I think she is talking about a different session from the one that produced the two images above.)

Back in the day, I saw a lot of Milano nudes from the June, 1998 issue of Newlook. She had already appeared in Embrace of the Vampire by then, although the B&W images allegedly came from the 1992-1993 era.
