The pitch:
One by one, mutilated corpses are found on the territory of the local forest belt. The case just needs to be closed as soon as possible, the only problem is that there is no special evidence. The portrait of the suspect is unlikely to help the investigation, because in fact the “Rostov Ripper” is indistinguishable from an ordinary Soviet citizen.
