I would love to see more of Lily Allen, but the person behind the camera – almost certainly a phone camera – was either drunk, or incompetent or both. If you want to film something, just hold the bloody camera still for a second and actually do it. Otherwise don’t bother.
Eh. I guess there are 2 motivations at work that get in the way of ours as viewers. 1) Lily wants attention, but at the party, ie, from the room, not from the camera audience. 2) The filmer doesn’t want to seem like a creep following only the pretty celebrity in the revealing dress. He or she wants to make it appear he’s capturing the party, ie the room, for posterity. Not cringely filming only the famous person in the see-thru to boobs outfit.
Even if the supposed purpose was to ‘capture the party’ (including Lily, but not just to film Lily) that is really bad camera work. I say that even taking into account the amateur iPhone nature of the content.
