From looking for a bit, its possible it’s some unpublished work she did with Matthew Rolston (she did a few shoots with him during 1987, when she was trying to break her image from the Cosby show)
He did her shoots for Interview & Rolling Stone (both are fairly famous photos, the later her daughter Zoe recreated)
He also shot Cybil Shepard (very nice almost topless pic), Andie McDowell & Lysette Anthony to name a few of the ones that caught my eye from this gallery

Maybe. It seems similar in style and lighting to “Lisa Bonet, Floating,” but they don’t seem contemporaneous. (One with wild, natural eyebrows and the other with neatly manicured brows.)
she looks absolutely stunning in that pic! Looks like it’s from around the same time as Angel Hearts so she was 18 here? She is one of my all-time favorites, I’m grateful for this blog for helping find hidden gems like this
