In the first scene, she never gets her clothes off. In the second scene she is naked, but … you know … not really. Her body is hidden quite well by editing, camera angles and darkness.

Seems like a classic bait and switch kinda thing with this show. A whole bunch of nudity early on during the first season and then they suddenly decide they want to be super coy with everything thereafter.
This has nothing to do with any bait. Censorship is a classic response to critics who hated female nudity in the first season. This is another series that has fallen victim to critics’ opinions.
Can you please provide a link to those critics’ reviews?

There actually wasn’t that much nudity in the first season, at least not from Grace Van Patten, and most of what there was was shot with angles and the like so that there was minimal exposure. Van Patten herself at least suggested discomfort with the nudity and the most likely explanation is that the show wants to accommodate her as much as possible.
Definitely possible.
I think I count 7 or 8 different scenes in the first season with pretty clear and reasonably well lit nudity between our four female leads. And zero scenes since then across a season and change. So it feels like a fairly calculated decision at this point for whatever reason.
The only one I really care about is Grace Van Patten and I think there were two frames with clear breast exposure where she wasn’t lying down.
