This is an Italian film exhibited out-of-competition at the Turin festival in November of 2023.
In a country house, frozen in time, lives an extremely religious family. They are Christians who follow the Scriptures of the Old Testament to the letter. The three young daughters never left the property, driven by respect and duty, living under the aegis of a dominating father and a dogmatic grandmother. However, when another grandson of the grandmother arrives at the farmhouse, an angry, hidden and silent conflict begins between the grandson, the three sisters and the father. It will change the course of the three girls’ lives forever.
