This is a shame, 20 years ago in these indie movies we would have had the actress skinny-dipping in at least a medium shot
20 years ago? Even 5-10 years ago such nudity was quite common.
Maisy is cute as a button, but:
1. Forget “might be a body double” that might be Stephen Colbert.
2. Whoever it is, they’re wearing a bra or swim top. Unless it’s in the movie explaining why she’s bottomless, she’s not bottomless.
I was kinda hoping she’d have nudity in this. She grew up to be just super cute.

Also: tan lines. If you model naked for a living, you’re not gonna have really obvious boy short tan lines on your ass.
She’s alright looking, but her sister is an absolute smoke show.

Still true, although Stella has REALLY embraced that plastic influencer look. Meanwhile, Maisy is the imperfect little sister of your buddy who is in college now and suddenly looks pretty good in that swimsuit.
Saw the movie at a theatre tonight. No real nudity beyond that one shot of Maisy’s ass (and some nice clothed pokies from Ms. Plaza in once scene) but it is a good film. Funny and sad – especially sad. But well scripted and acted, and something that might stay with me. We were going to see Megalopolis, but the wife decided on this one instead. Will see Megalopolis soon. Aubrey Plaza is a busy lady!
I also thought that movie was touching.
