Hey, it’s not much nudity, but it’s a lot by her standards.
She’s still hot, but she’s 50. I wish she had done some good nudity about 20 years ago. She has always played sexy parts that could easily have incorporated nudity, but no-o-o-o-! She did no nude scenes of any kind when she was in her 20s. In the last half of her career, she has at least revealed her butt occasionally, albeit never with a direct view before this new film, but we’ve never gotten a clear look at her chest. That side-boob view in Tortured indicated a spectacular pair, but that was as close a look as we would ever get in a film or series.
She has been more generous in still photography. She posed naked twice. The first time was a modest full-body nude for Allure magazine when she was in her mid-30s. Her only real exposure was in Randall Slavin’s “Achromatic” exhibit, and her breasts looked every bit as good as expected. That exhibition opened in 2016, but I don’t know when the photo was actually taken. If it was taken in 2016, she was in super-human condition, or had implants. She would have been 40, with the bosom of a 20-year-old.

I wish outtakes from that Randall Slavin shoot would turn up. She’s never done topless prior to that so that one came out of nowhere.
Even though it was in silhouette, she had a topless scene in 100 Girls (from the same director who did Eight Days a Week and got Keri Russell to do one of her few topless scenes) so she probably agreed due to his pedigree at the time.
And for as many actresses he got nude in that movie, she didn’t want to do full on screen, but agreed to that compromise. And as low budget as it was, it’s unlikely it was a body double. IMDB only lists ‘doubles’ for the two male leads.
Also, when did she get breast enhancements? You look at her earlier work and she’s not nearly as busty as she was circa Entourage. I’ve never followed her career close enough over the years to determine when they might have taken place.
It really is odd she hasn’t done a proper sex/nude scene. Like I fully respect anyone who doesn’t want to do that for whatever reason, but that particular photoshoot shows she’s one of those odd cases who indulges nudity but not on video. Almost like she thinks about it more than us…
