Kaprisky did an incredible amount of nudity in the early to mid 80s. The images below from La Femme Publique (1984) are impressive enough, but you have to see the scenes in motion to get the full impact.
In that very same year, Kaprisky also did some beautiful nudity in Year of the Jellyfish.

After that 1982-84 period, there was very little nudity in her roles. That was deliberate on her part.

The entire scene was reportedly done with doubling, prosthetics and pneumatic devices, but what they got on screen is still incredible, especially with 1982 technology.
Pia in a jailbait/incestuous relationship with Stacy Keach. To my knowledge, there has never been a superlative transfer of this film in home media or streaming.
It caused a not of controversy because of the relationship of the principal characters, but there isn’t really that much nudity.
Different people have different favorite nude performances: Jennifer Connelly in The Hot Spot (and other films), Phoebe Cates in Paradise or Fast Times, Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct, Alexandra Daddario in True Detective, Eva Green in The Dreamers, Katie Holmes in The Gift, etc. How can you pick just one? With all due apologies to those beautiful women, I have to say that I may prefer Jennifer Ehle in The Camomile Lawn.

I don’t think the European theatrical version, the one with all the nudity, has ever been issued in digital media. I think I did as good a job as anyone has ever done on these scenes, which is to say that my captures suck, but don’t suck as hard as the others I’ve seen. I made these in 2006 from a dubbed SD broadcast on Italian TV!
(The last three were captured by somebody else from a source not known to me.)
I would love to see these in Blu-Ray quality.
