Apparently there are a bazillion shows and films with this title, and I wasn’t aware of a single one until now. This particular one is a series on ARD Mediathek. According to IMDb, it’s a new German remake of a 2019 Dutch series with the same name.
So here’s what the Dutch series was about:
A hard-headed slacker finds herself navigating life as an Internet celebrity after a prank video skyrockets her to reluctant viral fame overnight.
I assume the German one is similar, but I don’t know that for a fact, and IMDb is no help.

The rape scene was photographed in a way that minimized the nudity. I think there was only this blurry nipple exposure.
