CIA agent Henry is tasked by his supervisor Vick to close an eight year old hijacking case that ended in tragedy. Vick has recently learned that there is a suspected mole who helped give the perpetrators information to impede the rescue attempt of the passengers. Being cleared by Vick, Henry is sent to interview his former colleague and lover, Celia, a possible suspect due to her abrupt departure from the CIA the day after the hijacking. The now married and retired Celia meets Henry in a California restaurant after he reaches out to her and asks her to dinner. Through multiple perspectives, timelines, and interviews Henry, Vick, and Celia hope to find out what truly transpired that day.

Thandiwe looks incredible for somebody whose IMDb credits date back to 1991!

I don’t know who she is, but I can see that she’s basically topless in public. The pictures are in such high definition that you can see every hair on her chin. When you get right down to it, that’s TOO MUCH definition, although that kind of resolution shows how beautiful her eyes are.

Polish historical drama, AKA “Go Against the Flow”

Second half of the 1970s. Several teenagers from Ustrzyki Dolne, led by a charismatic and undisciplined student of the Ustrzyki vocational school, Siczka, decided to become punks and play punk rock. They were inspired by the Sex Pistols band heard on a foreign radio station and the new “punk” culture. First, they send a letter to Radio Free Europe asking for more “free people’s music” on the air. To their amazement, the letter is read live, and the station starts airing a weekly punk show. Of course, neither Siczka nor the rest of the boys have any idea what a big deal this modest show will start and what great dark powers will come against them. The letter read out in Free Europe was noticed by representatives of the repressive apparatus of the People’s Republic of Poland. The SB officer, Jerzy Majak, while interrogating Siczka, makes it clear that Ustrzyki Dolne is not London and there will be no “punk” in his commune.

I’m not up on my “real housewives.” Once in a while I see a clip somewhere, and it seems to me that nothing is “real” at all. I still don’t know whether the situations are scripted or they found the most clueless, most entitled human beings on the planet.

Could be both, I suppose.

It seems to me that the whole thing started with a couple of places like Orange County and New York City, but has now expanded dramatically. Obviously many people must watch these things, because they keep adding more and more of them. It seems that there are now real housewives of everywhere from Oshkosh to Sudan. The Real Housewives of Sudan are a little thin from that whole famine thing, but still not as thin as the ones from Beverly Hills.

This particular lady is from The Real Housewives of Cheshire, which is apparently a real place somewhere in the north of England, and not a figment of Lewis Carroll’s imagination. I suppose “Ampika” is also a real name, and not a fictional pal of the March Hare.
