This movie, it needed to be graphic. So, like, I had a prosthetic butthole. I felt so free.
It sounds to me like she’s full of prosthetic shit.
She also divulged that she wore a merkin for the nude shoot.

Merkins are now often looked at as special effects makeup. Modesty patches: same. Then there are directors like Robert Eggers, who claims there’s not a frame of actual nudity in The Witch: it’s entirely digital. The whole of the digital fx budget was to fake the nudity.
Yeah this seems like something the intimacy coordinator made her wear so that there wouldn’t be the slightest possibility the guy standing behind her when she was naked would see her real butthole
