We older guys first became aware of her as the daughter on the Donna Reed Show, starting in 1958, when she was a young teen. She never did any nudity that I know of.
From the comments:
Never nude. We’ll have to settle for prominent pokies
Don’t get too excited about that braless pic. She was 81 at the time, strolling with ol’ B.J. Hunnicutt.

Shelley once had a #1 song on the Billboard chart!
It never dawned on me until I watched that video, but the casting director for that show was a genius. Shelley played Donna Reed’s daughter, and looked like a younger version of Reed!

Agreed re her Donna Reed resemblance!
She looks like the 25 year-old Donna in “It’s A Wonderful Life.”
Her resemblance to her TV mom is uncanny. Wow.
When I was a kid, my mom watched a boat load of Elvis movies whenever they ran on Saturday afternoons. Shelly Fabares was probably my first celebrity crush.

PSA for anyone else thinking about clicking that link. It ain’t a young Shelly, that’s for sure!
Teenage Shelley was extremely cute. Category-defining, I thought.
P.S. The obit & post body consistently reflect the -ey ending of Shelley, but that one -y ending in the post title induced a couple of the comments to follow suit. I guess post titles don’t get as much attention during the creative act as the main composition.
Or, maybe it’s just easier to post-edit the body, but the title is fixed bc the URL needs to be immutable.
I do see the -y ending in the video credit. Ayup.
