Dancer Małgorzata, abandoned by her lover, has become involved with an aspiring actor. However, she is still searching for true love. A mysterious therapist observes them both at an opening. He suggests hiring Małgorzata to be his companion. The agreement, which he signs, subjects her to a series of psychological experiments.
