Karen the Beauty Queen Butcher.
I don’t know where to begin because I don’t know what’s real and what isn’t.
Here’s the premise:
Karen an unhappy married woman joins several Beauty Contests in the hope of being famous and adored by complete strangers. As she continues to lose beauty contests, we see that her competition is being killed off one by one. As we follow Karen’s journey through the film we discover who is the killer and what are the true motivations behind the murders.
The actual murders look like cartoons. (You get the idea from the trailer.)
I don’t want to waste any more time on this. Here’s a review from Horror Central that sums up the film well.
The nudity is from a woman named Knives Suicide. I didn’t make that up. Here are the credits.

IMDb calls her Suicide Knives, but that is wrong. She is really called Knives Suicide, and she is not AI like Tilly Norwood, but a real person profiled here, with several additional links on the bottom of that article.
So here’s Knives in the flesh:
This video is a raw, unedited capture. For the screen shots above, I removed the amber filter.

Just buckets and buckets of ‘why’?
Interesting. Looks like they shot the dialogue scenes with real actors but used AI for the B-roll, some backgrounds, and the gore of course.
Kind of clever, but obviously unwatchable.
It’s weird to watch the crowd scenes because everyone moves in sync. When there is a SWAT team, they all move in perfect lock step, all perfectly spaced the same distance apart, so it looks like a bunch of tough guys doing a Broadway number, or walking in a church processional in full combat gear.
Knives Suicide posts on the Suicide Girls’ website. All of the models who have sets purchased get the “Suicide” moniker added to their name.
The lead has the look of the plastic hags who hang out at Mar-a-Lardo.
She is apparently a Suicide Girl, who often use “suicide” as part of their “stage name”.
Looks like her.
See, now, this could’ve been a GOOD use for AI. Use it to track and erase those ridiculous tattoos.
