I just don’t have time to watch a lot of animation since my kids grew up. I did get a lot of laughs out of The Tick back in the day.

Some really solid ones on that list, though I can only speak to the ones from my age group. If we’re talking about mainstream recognition, Arcane also fits the bill (it deservedly received a ton of animation recognition)

Or you grew up at the time these shows were airing non stop. Tale Spin is a funny one. When I read in the list that it was only one season I couldn’t believe it. That was after school viewing on Fox syndication for years. Turns out their “one season” was 66 episodes which played in loops for a few years. That was prime middle school viewing time.
List a complete failure without Animaniacs or Pinky and The Brain.
This is a list of cartoons the author didn’t think got the recognition they deserved. Both of those were hugely successful and influential so didn’t qualify.
