Canadian indie drama. You probably know Britt Lower as Helly on Severance, where she’s one of the cool kids. In this film she’s a mousy, sad sack of a librarian.
Miriam Gordon lives in a fog of grief while working in a downtown public library branch. When a burgeoning love-affair coincides with her receiving a series of oddly threatening letters, Miriam’s sheltered existence is cracked open.
They were not kidding about the “darkest,” at least in terms of the photography.

Yeah, I had a thing for her since Futterman. She has a tendency to play characters who are a nasty piece of work. She struts like royalty with a don’t-kid-yourself, I’m too-good-for-you air. In Severance she turns that off & on like a light, at will.
Great body. Smaller boobs than expected but bigger ass.
Modern cameras can shoot very well in the dark. All that noise tells me this DP didn’t know what exposure indexing was and just cranked the ISO up.

It would have been clearer if they had shot in daylight, then added the usual day-for-night filter, but it appears that they chose to shoot in the dark instead. It is a decision that disappoints us, but was their artistic choice, for whatever reason.
Where’d you get 4k from? I would love to get video of that, it would be get a much better result from brightening and de-noising
I can’t believe the actress I feel in love with in the Verizon commercials did full frontal nudity at nearly 40 years old. She does some strange movie shorts and I wonder who is managing her career. Also, every movie she has to take a bath or shower. Not a role for a successful actress.
