Sharon Stone became a star in 1990 after the release of Total Recall, and she became an A-List superstar when she did her thing in Basic Instinct. After that she was everywhere.
She was everywhere in the 1980s as well, but nobody knew who she was because she was always “pretty girl on train” or “fitness model” or something equally anonymous. Her beauty kept her in constant demand, but she couldn’t break through.
She did do four nude scenes in that decade:

1987 – Cold Steel
1988 – Action Jackson
1989 – Sangre y Arena
You have seen most of those clips before, but this is the first time I have seen Cold Steel in 1080hd. (Well, theoretically. The quality is not up to Blu-Ray standards, but it’s better than we had before.) The clips from Arena y Sangre are only DVD-quality videos, but I don’t have better ones at the moment.
I first became aware of her in the two Allan Quartermain movies with Richard Chamberlain, where she was gorgeous and definitely sexy, but those movies kept things PG-13. Though one of those two had a bath scene, if memory serves, but it partly serves because I recall reading about how the crew HATED her so much that they literally pissed in her bathwater. I don’t know how true that is, but I do recall reading it.
