No Milgram? I actually participated in the now banned experiment as a freshman pysch 101 student at the University of Missouri. It is one of the few things I’m proud of in my college experience. I did not shock the surrogate even when commanded by the professor that “it was OK” They did shock the crap out of me though.

thanks, I should have read past the top third… that describes exactly my experience which would have been about 1975. I didn’t get paid anything. I think they gas you 10 bonus points on your final grade or something like that.
