1. There’s part of me that just says, if that brings her joy, let her have it. It’s harmless.

   But it is odd, no? That someone who is a superstar, with supposedly fame and resources and experience in the industry, constantly puts out videos like this, with all the panache and technical skill of a boomer housewife in the suburbs. Hell, even your average TikTok from a boomer housewife in the summer looks like it was shot on a better camera than this?

   Also it feels like she just wants to Be Naked On Camera, but for some reason can’t? Or doesn’t let herself? And that maybe she’d be happier if she could just do that? Or at least discuss what she wants to convey with these videos?

   But still, at the end of the day, I still say, if it gives her joy, all power to her.

2. The tinfoil hat crowd believes she is dead and these posts are all deepdake. The fact that she makes the same dance moves and expressions doesn’t help matters.

   I think she is just too far gone at this point. It’s sad. It’s like the Amanda Bynes situation.

   1. There’s a thing she often does in them where she pulls down her bottoms a bit, and at first I had read that as a “here’s as daring as I can go” but I wonder if it’s really showing off those two hipbone tattoos, as some sort odd proof-of-life thing. “See, it’s really me, these are my tattoos.” But if someone wanted to deepfake they’d include that as well. (I think it’s really her but she’s not well, though.)

   1. I have mixed feelings about that. The number of clicks on those links demonstrates that people are still interested, even though I am not.
