A significant drop-off in the number of movies made/released in 1989 so that means fewer movies that had something to cap in them. Like 1988, there are no movies that have extensive nudity, but the year does feature movies like Houseboat Horror, Sweetie and Afraid To Dance, which all have fairly decent nudity. Also a few movies which are very obscure including one, Closer and Closer Apart, that is impossible to find.
Johnny Moronic mentions that he couldn’t find anything on Closer and Closer Apart, but remembered seeing a collage from that film many years ago. It was 23 years ago, to be exact, and the collage was done by Johnny’s fellow Australian, Oz. I found it in the ultimate source of all celebrity nudity information, my back issues:

Thanks for this. I thought this might’ve been lost to time but thankfully not as it’s the only evidence that someone actually saw this movie. That’s the great thing about us cappers, one of us has probably seen it.
