That looks like a mega enhancement scar on the cat Lady….
She had lots of surgery, but not enlargement. It was the opposite. She had breast reduction, plus a lift, plus lipo on various other parts of her body.
That said, it still makes a see-through blouse seem to be a questionable choice. But I guess, as the kids say, she DGAF.
