While we can’t tell for sure based on the brief view, I would tend to disagree. Her breasts are large, sure, but they do not have that over-inflated or ‘capsulated’ look of falsies. Nor is there any sign of incisions that I could see.
They look fake. Real breasts would “slosh” more.
